Z-TALC – PRX grades are used in Indian pulp, paper and board industry as a use as a pitch control agent and a runnability additive. Z-Talc UF range is perfect extender coating pigment in both rotogravure and offset and a functional filler. in certain specialty papers. Z-TALC Paper Extenders help to improve quality and productivity. Z-Talcs irreversibly adsorb organic materials preventing agglomeration regardless of changes in temperature or pH.. In recycled papers Talc significantly improves runnability

Z-Talc fillers and coating pigments significantly improve quality in coated and supercalendered paper for the rotogravure printing process. It improves printing press runnability by eliminating core bursts and crepe wrinkles.
The print benefits also allow the increased usage of high brightness pigments including calcium carbonate in coating formulations in paper mills operating under alkaline conditions.

In rubber compounding ,ZTalc loading reduces the viscocity of rubber compounds thus allowing ease to process of rubber molded parts. With more slipperiness and excellent rheological properties, Z Talc helps improve extrudate quality, increasing production rates.Z Talc also marginally reduces plasticiser dosage thus helping reduce costs.
